• We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice

Fitness for Purpose

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee the App will meet all your specific needs
• Accuracy of fuel prices depends on third-party data sources

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues or user error
